Rajasthan Historical Tour – 15 Days/14 Nights

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN DELHI :
Driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel. You will have some free time in Delhi today. Be sure to get a good night’s sleep, tomorrow will be a busy day.

DAY 02: FULL DAY DELHI CITY TOUR :
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. That morning you will go on a full day tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi. The tour includes a visit to Qutub Minar – one of the earliest remains of Imperial Delhi (13th century AD), Humayun’s Tomb – which is believed to be the forerunner of the Taj Mahal, and the India Gate – a 42 meter high arch, a memorial to the soldiers of the Indian army. Additionally you will visit the Parliament House, President’s House, Secretariat Building, Red Fort of Delhi, Jama Mosque, Laxmi Narayan Temple and The Connaught Place. At about
8pm you will return to your hotel.

DAY 03: DELHI TO AGRA:
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. Agra is located 210km east of Delhi. You will arrive in Agra around 2pm and check into your hotel. That afternoon you will go on a half-day tour of Agra where you will visit the world famous Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world. You will also see the rusty red sandstone of the Agra Fort, from which the great Mughals governed the country. You will return to the hotel around 7pm.

DAY 04: AGRA TO JAIPUR:
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. While en-route to Jaipur you will visit the The Red Sandstone ”Ghost Town” and Fatehpur Sikri or “city of victory” was once envisioned to be the capital for the Mughal Empire. Built by the order of Emperor Akbar, this red sandstone city has served as an architectural inspiration for centuries. Depending on the length of stay at Fatehpur Sikri,and also the very well known Ghana Bird Sanctuary of Bharatpur. you can expect to arrive at your hotel in Jaipur at around 3.00pm. If you’re not too exhausted from the trip, that evening you have the option of visiting the Rajmandir Cinema Hall, famous for its beautiful interiors.

DAY 05: FULL DAY JAIPUR CITY TOUR :
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. That morning you will go on a full day tour of Jaipur (the Pink City). The tour will include a visit to the Amber Fort, the Birla Mandir of Jaipur, and a two hour ride on the back of a decorated elephant. You will also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), City Palace Complex, where the Jaipur royal family stayed, and Jantar Mantar- an 18th century observatory. You will return to your hotel around 7.00pm.

DAY 06: JAIPUR TO BIKANER:
Early morning your drive to Bikaner will begin and once you reach there you will get a transfer. Rest the whole day and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 07: FULL DAY BIKANER CITY TOUR :
Our Driver will meet you at Your Hotel at 9.00 am You Can visit The Junagarh Fort, LalGarh Palace, Ganga Golden Jubilee Museum,Jen Temple, Side Trip Karni Mata Rats Temple (Deshnok ) which is 600 years old and also the Gajner WildLife Sanctuary, Camel Research Farm. Tour Activity You can have fun with the Camel Safari. Shopping Night In Bikaner.

DAY 08: BIKANER TO JAISALMER :
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. You will arrive in Jaisalmer at around 3pm and check into your hotel. That evening, around 4.30 pm you will visit BADA BAGH(translated as ‘Big Garden”) , the Sunset Point. You will return to the hotel around 7.00 pm.

DAY 09: JAISALMER FULL DAY CITY TOUR :
Our English Speaking Driver will meet you at your Hotel after Breakfast, You Can Visit here you have a glimpse of the Gadi Sagar Lake, Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haveli, and also the JainTemples.Afternoon outside of city Sightseeing like Amar Sagar , Ludurwa Jain Temple,Bada bagh. Or Jaisalmer Fort inside you can visit 300 Temple’s Stay overnight in Jaisalmer.

DAY 10: JAISALMER FULL DAY CITY TOUR :
Our Driver will meet you at Your Hotel,After breakfast you will continue to visit Salim Singh Ki Haveli,Nathmalji Ki Haveli, Sam Sand Dunes & also Khuri. Overnight stay in jaisalmer. Travel Activity Camel Ride: Camel Ride is one enjoyable pastime at the Sam sand dunes. Shopping: Jaisalmer is said to be very prominent for embroidery, Rajasthani mirror work, all kinds of rugs, blank ets, also old stone work and a few great antiques. The dye and other fabrics which are made at Kadi Bundar are also famous.

DAY 11: JAISALMER TO JODHPUR :
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am after which you will depart for Jodhpur. You will arrive at Jodhpur at around 2pm and check into your hotel. At around 3pm you will depart for an afternoon sightseeing tour. Jodhpur (The Blue City), the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan is famous for its forts and palaces. During the tour you will visit Mehrangarh Fort – one of the largest forts in all of India, Jaswant Thada – white marble mausoleum, and Umaid Bhavan – a 347 room private residence of the Jodhpur royal family, which also houses a small museum. Finally, you will visit one of the major attractions of Jodhpur, the Mandore Gardens.

DAY 13: JODHPUR TO UDAIPUR :
Our English Speaking Driver will meet you at your Hotel at 8.30 am, Picked up to you then after Drive to state Udaipur on the way you can visit Ranakpur Jen Temple, and Ranakpur Village then after You Can visit Kumbhalgarh Fort then after Drive to state Udaipur You will Reach In Udaipur Around 5.00 Or 6.00 Pm Night In Udaipur.

DAY 14: FULL DAY UDAIPUR CITY TOUR :
Driver will meet you at the hotel after breakfast at 8am. That morning you will go on a full day tour of Udaipur (City Of Lakes), one of the most beautiful cities in all of Rajasthan. During the first part of the day you will visit many sights including the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari (garden and museum), Shilpgram (crafts village). In the evening you will visit Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace), which offers an amazing view of the sun setting over Udaipur.

DAY 15: UDAIPUR AIRPORT DROP OFF :
Fly to Mumbai or New Delhi and take your International flight back to the origin place. Tour End.

ABOUT TIPPING:
Need some guidance on how much to tip your driver for his 15 days of continual service? Gosh, this is awkward. Ask your driver, or anyone providing you a service in India and their answer will be “as you wish” which really isn’t helpful, is it? We’ll just tell you honestly that a typical tip is between Rs 700 and Rs 1000 per day, paid directly to the driver at the end of your trip.
