Arrival Details and Itinerary:
To prepare a quote for you, we need the exact date and time of your arrival. If you don’t need airport pickup, kindly inform us of the day and time you’d like our car to pick you up in Delhi and specify the location. Additionally, let us know the number of people in your party and the type of car you prefer. Your itinerary is essential too, so please provide a list of cities you wish to visit, along with the corresponding dates.
Personalized Itinerary Assistance:
For a personalized itinerary, we charge an additional fee of Rs 500, which is equivalent to the cost of a delightful super grande double mocha decaf latte with sprinkles. We invest time and effort in crafting an itinerary that suits your preferences and requirements. However, if you choose to make your own hotel arrangements, please note that we won’t be suggesting hotels or checking their availability. In case you face any difficulties or need assistance during your journey, our driver or Ramesh will be glad to help you find a suitable hotel. If you would like us to assist you with hotel bookings, we recommend purchasing a package from us that includes accommodation. Cost of Hiring a Car and Driver:
When you provide us with the date and time of your flight, we will be at the exit gate, holding a sign with your party’s name. In case of unexpected changes in your flight arrival time, we will confirm the updated information before your arrival in India. To determine the cost, kindly inform us about the number of people in your party, the duration of car and driver requirement, and your preferred car type. Share your itinerary, and we can tailor a suitable plan for you.
Flexible Hotel Options:
You have the flexibility to either book your own hotels or allow us to arrange them as part of your package. With our extensive experience and strong relationships with hotel owners, we can negotiate reasonable rates and make your stay hassle-free. When booking your trip, please indicate if you would like us to include hotels in your package.
Car Rental Pricing:
Our car rental prices have been adjusted periodically due to various factors, including the impact of Covid-19. We base our rates on a minimum of 250 kilometers per day, which is the industry standard. Even if the car remains parked at the hotel, you will still be charged for the day. This policy ensures that our cars are available and generating income. Some days you may travel more than 250 km, while on others, you may cover less distance. Our knowledgeable team will determine the reasonable daily distance based on safety and comfort.
Taxes and Other Fees:
Our prices already include fuel, road tolls, green taxes, border taxes, parking fees, as well as your driver’s food and accommodation. However, please note that the mandatory 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included.
Variety of Car Options:
We exclusively provide air-conditioned cars for our clients. Our range of vehicles includes the AC Swift Dzire or a similar car for tours with 1 to 3 persons, priced at Rs 4,100 per day ($49.37/Day) out of Delhi. For tours with 4 to 5 persons, we offer the AC Toyota Innova Crista or a similar car, available at Rs 6,100 per day ($73.45/Day) out of Delhi. Additionally, we have the AC Force Tempo Traveler Van, typically configured for 10 to 12 persons, priced at Rs 8,100 per day ($97.54/Day) out of Delhi.
Guide and Driver Roles:
While our driver acts as a general guide during your journey, it’s important to note that they cannot accompany you inside monuments or act as a guide within attractions. Certified guides have unions that strictly regulate these roles. If needed, we can arrange a certified guide for you at an additional cost. However, in most cases, it is more cost-effective to hire a guide when necessary during your trip.
Service Availability and Safety:
Our services primarily start in Delhi, and you must be in Delhi as well, with few exceptions. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests, drivers, and other road users. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline services that we consider unwise or unsafe, such as overnight driving or driving long hours between cities. Occasionally, we may require breaks during the journey to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
Payment Options:

Cars:
Dzire (Maruti Suzuki) The Etios and I are like competitive cousins. There are few real differences between us except for body style, and Let’s Go India Tours uses us interchangeably. (Have you heard the rumors about my cousin?) I am a comfortable car, but not as big as these pictures make me look! Just being honest. Perfect for up to three people. I did pass European full frontal and offset frontal crash tests as well as endurance safety tests. And yes, of course I have modern seatbelts, as do all cars used by Let’s Go India Tours.
Innova Crysta (Toyota) I’m the Innova–a state-of-the-art workhorse with the look and feel of a luxury car, well…almost. Technically I am an MPV, but I look like an SUV. I possess safety features that entire nations take for granted all around the world, like airbags and 3 point seat belts at every seat. Most parties of four select me. I can hold 6 passengers quite comfortably for local Delhi sightseeing, but if you are traveling with luggage then 5 people is really the max, assuming you really really like each other.
What to do if you have a party of six? Then you will want me, the Tempo Traveler. If you have issues with personal space, you might even pick me if there are only 5 of you! The maximum number of guests that I will accommodate is 10. My reclining seats come in handy on long journeys. Though I am the most expensive vehicle in the fleet, if I am carrying at least six passengers, then I turn out to be just as cheap per person as those silly little cousins, Etios and Dzire.
